Managing Partner, DAD Law Offices
Agatha Shukla
Agatha Shukla is the Managing Partner of Dubey & Dubey Law Offices (DAD Law Offices) and leads its general corporate and commercial practice. Her work follows the whole life of a business: structure and incorporation, contracts, compliance and employment, and the protection of the ideas and brands on which a company is built. She advises startups, privately held companies and family enterprises, from a founder’s first shareholders’ agreement to an established business working through a regulatory question. She practises at the Lucknow Bench of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
Her background spans law, public policy and journalism, and she holds a master’s degree in Constitutional Law. Earlier roles with established firms and in legal publishing built a habit of close research into how judgments translate into everyday practice. She has worked across banking and finance, insurance, service and employment law, family law and consumer protection, for clients ranging from individuals to institutions.
