Siddharth Shankar Dubey
Siddharth Shankar Dubey is the Managing Partner of Dubey & Dubey Law Offices and leads its litigation and advisory work. He practises principally before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and appears before District Courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities across Uttar Pradesh.
His practice joins depth in public law with a wide private client practice. Having acted both for public authorities, local bodies and educational institutions and for corporates, financial institutions, startups and individuals, he understands disputes with the State from either side of the courtroom.
His principal areas are constitutional and administrative law, service law, civil and commercial litigation, government contracts, real estate and RERA, white collar defence and arbitration. On the advisory side he guides clients on commercial contracts, institutional transactions and regulatory compliance. He writes and speaks on law and public policy and takes part in professional forums and legal education.
He serves as State Law Officer for the Government of Uttar Pradesh, as Standing Counsel for the Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Election Commission and the Lucknow Municipal Corporation, as Panel Counsel for the National Highways Authority of India, and as University Counsel for Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University. He has earlier served as Standing Counsel for the Union of India. He holds a master’s degree in public policy, is a certified human rights law specialist and is a published author.
